Shipping and returns

Please remember Silent goods is first and foremost a working studio. We are independent and only have a small team. We cannot, and do not aim to compete with the big brands with same day delivery services - but we do promise to care about your business, package your goods very carefully, and send your order at a human pace.

Having said that, we do our best to be prompt and the vast majority of orders are sent out next day and received within a few days.

We ship worldwide using a combination of UPS, DHL and Royal Mail services.

Our prices are inclusive of shipping costs and every shipment is fully insured against damage or loss in transit. 

We aim to send out all orders within 24 hours. During busy shopping periods we may need an extra day or two. Orders placed on Saturdays and on Sundays will be dispatched the following Monday at the earliest.

If you are in a rush, please let us know via care@silentgoods.com and we will do our best to send your order as urgently as possible.

Upon dispatch, we will send you an email with a tracking number.

IS SHIPPING FREE?

All of our goods are priced inclusive of shipping related costs. You will not be asked to pay anything additionally at checkout. 

Please be aware that for deliveries outside of the European Union, your goods may be subject to import duties and taxes by your local customs.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

For UK, most parcels are  shipped with next day delivery. For most other countries, it will take an extra few days. If you live outside EU, please be aware that this does not account for the time that your parcel might spend at your local customs office.

I LIVE OUTSIDE THE EU, WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS FEES?

Most likely yes. All goods will be shipped directly from London, UK.

For deliveries outside of the European Union, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes. Any such charges for customs clearance must be borne by you, unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot advise what they may be. Customs fees and regulations are different from country to country, please contact your local customs office for information.

WHAT IF MY BAG GETS DAMAGED OR LOST IN TRANSIT?

We ensure all shipments are insured in full against theft and accidental damage. All  goods remain our property until payment has been received in full and the goods have been delivered or collected. We shall also be responsible for the goods up until the point the goods have been delivered or collected.

If you are worried that your goods have been lost at some point on their journey to you, please contact us within 14 days of placing your order. 

If a delivery is reported as lost, we will work alongside our delivery partner to ensure a full investigation is carried out. During this time, the carrier may contact you directly and we kindly ask you to provide any additional information they may request to assist with their enquiries. This will ensure the matter is dealt with as quickly as possible.

In the unlikely event your goods arrive damaged during shipping, please contact our team within 48 hours of the delivery. You will also need to ensure that all original packaging is kept (both outer shipping packaging and internal contents).

If you believe there is a discrepancy in the contents of an order you have received, please contact our our team within 48 hours of the delivery.
